Nawaz International Hospital

I am pleased to say that the hospital provided excellent service for me and my family. The staff was incredibly helpful and caring throughout our stay, and we were impressed by the level of professionalism they exhibited. Overall, our experience was very positive, and we would highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of medical care. Thank you for all that you do! I recommend more nurses that speak English. I also recommend that nurses use technology to translate to someone if they only speak the local language for example, if I only speak Thai, the nurses should be allowed to pull out their phones during work and translate from Thai to English, so that all parties that visit the hospital Exactly what is going on and they are informed. I also recommend that if you say you are international hospital, it should be expected of you to provide information not only in the local language, but in English. I believe that if you are international hospital, the requirement should be that you can speak some form of English

(Original) The hospital is nice and new and the medical staff are quite nice. However when i got to the financial department just to get a print out from my exam( for some reason i have to wait for a printout here instead of at the doctor's office) i had to wait 30 mins for my queue to show on the screen. Then i approached the counter and they said i have to go back and wait and simply delete my queue off the screen. I tried asking another staff member who just walked out of the room and she intentionally ignored me and walked off. No i will not come back here again. Came for a test which the doctor said my condition is not treatable and then this?

My son has been to both OPD and IPD. The OPD ward is ok, with many doctors during the day. In contrary for IPD, residence doctor is so few and nurses not much paying attention to either patient conditions or any requests. The room is good, but you might expect it as a hotel with bad room services rather than actual private hospital.

Best service with high quality of the medical therapy by Navavej Hospital, stay in hospital 2 nights while I were illness, the Dr clearly asking my symptoms and make medical treatment, the nurses come to observe and check my temperature every 2 hours and update, won’t worry about your foods, while I move in room the service department had learnt and calling to confirm your diet habits on depend your illness, as Chinese nation if you can speak Thai or English you won’t worry about anything’s. Because Dr can speaking English as foreigners come.

Very nice and clean hospital. Service is good and decent. Room is very clean and new. Back in 2021 this hospital saved my Mom’s life after she had a tumor in her brain. Just like any other residential area located near this hospital, our house is only a few minutes away. Although the quality of service can be improved, it is understandable because this hospital is new. If more people come to this hospital, more experienced doctors and nurses will come work here which will improve the quality of service.
